This January, we’re kicking off the new year with a FREE one-day acting workshop to give back to our community and empower actors during these challenging times. We know it’s been a tough year, and this is our way of helping you start 2025 with inspiration, confidence, and actionable tools for success in the industry.
Led by award-winning actor and mentor Ashlee Lollback, this workshop will focus on:
Preparing self-tapes quickly and effectively
Breaking down audition scripts and interpreting briefs
Feeling comfortable and empowered in front of the camera and about your career
Tips for nailing an ID and presenting authentically in auditions
The day will also feature an Industry Q&A, where you can ask Ashlee questions on her experience and career path.
Whether you’re a seasoned performer, brand new to the industry, or want to experience how we run at Imperfect Creatives, this free workshop is your chance to reset, build confidence, and set yourself up for success in 2025. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out!

About Ashlee
Ashlee Lollback is an award-winning actor with a dynamic career in theatre, film, and television. Known for her versatility, Ashlee has captivated audiences in leading roles like Caitlyn Spies in Boy Swallows Universe (Queensland Theatre/Brisbane Festival) and Cleopatra in Antony and Cleopatra (Brisbane Shakespeare Festival). She has also appeared in acclaimed films like The Nut Farm (Dir. Scott Corfield), Bloody Hell (Dir. Alister Grierson), and TV series such as The Celebrant (Parkbench Films) and Theatre Dome (Nine Network).
Ashlee is also a passionate mentor, dedicated to nurturing emerging talent. Her workshops focus on building confidence, enhancing emotional depth, and honing the technical skills essential for thriving in the entertainment industry.

Terms + Conditions
We strive to make high quality content and training accessible for all artists.
Imperfect Creatives offer tailored payment plans for every creative.
Imperfect Creatives’ facilitators and artists are working professionals and classes may need to be rescheduled due to other work. You will receive as much notice as we’re able to give.
A 10% deposit is required to be paid before the start date of a course to secure your spot. We do not offer refunds or credits on deposits paid.
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the start date of a course. You will receive a credit of the fees paid to be used towards future classes. If cancellations are made within 72 hours before the start date of a course, you will be required to pay the course in full and will not be credited.
In the event of missing classes, we cannot reimburse fees paid, but will endeavor to find a replacement if it suits. Please note: this may not always be possible.
Our payment plans are tailored to each person. If you fail to attend classes, these payments will still need to be paid in full. If you are struggling financially, please email accounts@imperfectcreatives.com to adjust your payment plan.
Overdue invoices will incur a 1.5% fee per day overdue. If reasonably communicated, we can extend due dates and remove fees
