This January, we’re starting the year with a FREE two-day acting workshop for teen and kids! We know it’s been a tough year, and we want to help you kick off 2025 with confidence, inspiration, and the skills you need to succeed in acting. It’s a great way to start your acting journey and set goals for the year ahead!
Come join us for a FREE fun and educational two-day workshop where young actors will step onto a custom built set, expand their skills and work on their screen acting.
Over two action-packed days, kids and teens will get the chance to learn key acting skills, including script analysis, building a strong connection with scene partners, and developing their character to create a truly believable performance.
They will also walk away with a professionally shot cinematic scene that will be filmed on a custom built set, with professional lighting, sound, and colour grading. Perfect to add to their showreel!
They’ll learn:
- Script Analysis: How to break down a script, understand character motivations, and identify key moments to bring depth to their performance.
- Voice & Movement: Techniques for using their voice and body to express emotions, create characters, and engage with the scene.
- Working on a Professional Set: Experience working on a professional film set, learn how they operate, including camera angles, lighting, and working with a crew.
- Collaborating with a Scene Partner: The importance of building chemistry and communicating effectively with a scene partner for a cohesive and authentic performance.
- Character Creation: How to develop a fully rounded character, from understanding their backstory to making bold, authentic choices in performance.
- Fun & Creative Exploration: Engaging in fun, interactive exercises that encourage creativity while sharpening their acting skills.
- Learn from Industry Professionals: Work with experienced industry professionals who will provide valuable insights, tips, and mentorship throughout the workshop.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for kids and teens to expand their acting skills, gain confidence, and have fun in a creative environment. Whether you’re new to acting or have some experience, you’ll leave feeling inspired and ready to take on 2025!

We strive to make high quality content and training accessible for all artists.
Imperfect Creatives offer tailored payment plans for every creative.
Imperfect Creatives’ facilitators and artists are working professionals and classes may need to be rescheduled due to other work. You will receive as much notice as we’re able to give.
A 10% deposit is required to be paid before the start date of a course to secure your spot. We do not offer refunds or credits on deposits paid.
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the start date of a course. You will receive a credit of the fees paid to be used towards future classes. If cancellations are made within 72 hours before the start date of a course, you will be required to pay the course in full and will not be credited.
In the event of missing classes, we cannot reimburse fees paid, but will endeavor to find a replacement if it suits. Please note: this may not always be possible.
Our payment plans are tailored to each person. If you fail to attend classes, these payments will still need to be paid in full. If you are struggling financially, please email accounts@imperfectcreatives.com to adjust your payment plan.
Overdue invoices will incur a 1.5% fee per day overdue. If reasonably communicated, we can extend due dates and remove fees
