This two week workshop is an intensive short course, immersing students in the Standard British Accent for performance.

Gabrielle’ s accent workshops are designed to be fun and engaging. More importantly, they accurately provide everyday skills required to perform professionally in film, television and theatre today.

Gabrielle will share with you how to successfully produce a flawless English accent for professional performance. Learn the most important tools for effortless and consistent accent production at industry standard.

Resonance, tone, articulation and connection to text will all be explored. You will be filmed performing in the UK accent with time to prepare and attention to detail for you to be able to share your skill with your agent or casting agents.

All participants will receive a broadcast quality scene for their portfolio.

About Gabrielle:
Film, Television and Theatre Voice Expert

Gabrielle Rogers is a voice expert who works primarily as a dialect coach in the film industry. Gabrielle’s artistic intelligence and proven excellence over 20 years of working on voice for actors has made her the busiest voice coach in Australia.

Her credits are numerous (and impressive!) and include : Eden, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, Thirteen Lives, Ticket To Paradise, The Nightingale, Godzilla Vs Kong, Love and Monsters, Reminiscence and Doctor Sleep

As the assistant to Andrew Jack she was on set for: Thor: Ragnarok, The Avengers: Endgame, The Avengers: Infinity War and Men In Black: International.

We strive to make high quality content and training accessible for all artists.

Imperfect Creatives offer tailored payment plans for every creative.

Imperfect Creatives’ facilitators and artists are working professionals and classes may need to be rescheduled due to other work. You will receive as much notice as we’re able to give.

A 10% deposit is required to be paid before the start date of a course to secure your spot. We do not offer refunds or credits on deposits paid.

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the start date of a course. You will receive a credit of the fees paid to be used towards future classes. If cancellations are made within 72 hours before the start date of a course, you will be required to pay the course in full and will not be credited.

In the event of missing classes, we cannot reimburse fees paid, but will endeavor to find a replacement if it suits. Please note: this may not always be possible.

Our payment plans are tailored to each person. If you fail to attend classes, these payments will still need to be paid in full. If you are struggling financially, please email accounts@imperfectcreatives.com to adjust your payment plan.

Overdue invoices will incur a 1.5% fee per day overdue. If reasonably communicated, we can extend due dates and remove fees
